MAKING JAC-O-LANTERNS

IT took a long time to carve a jac-o-lantern. But boy was it fun! All our family was there.We had: 3 cousins 3 aunts 3 uncles  2 grandparents 1 father 1  mother & 1 brother. I am going to be Snow white for halloween.

ME & SAMSON IN PARKIG LOT

HERE we are in the parking lot. I rode my bike and  walked Samson. Samson thought it was neat to see  something red with wheels was walking him, I thought it was fun too.

SAMSON COMES TO SEE US

THIS is Samson. He came to see us. This is him on a seat on the way to the park. He wasn't very interested in the camera at the moment, so we took this picture.

DAVID AND ALANA GET MARRIED

WE went to David and Alana's wedding. We were the first there. David was 2nd. After all the crowd had come, my grandparents came. After a long time Alana came. They kissed. I took their photo. This is the photo I took.

PEACH PICKING

THESE are photos of us peach picking. We ate a couple of peaches and we made 4 deserts out of them. They were also good climbing trees. It was fun there! there was one little peach that fell on a stick and it looked like a lollypop it was funny! Latter I saw another one fall and it was mushy so when it fell on a stick it broke in half! Then the bees got into

it. We picked: nectarines peaches and white peaches. Phillip liked to sit on stumps. At the end we saw a pig's home it was muddy.

AUNT VIRGINIA'S KITTEN

WE went to visit aunt virginia. Then we saw aunt virginia's  kitten! She was so cute! Her name was Cho Chozan. ( Which means Madame butterfly.) She loved to play also! In this photo she was curious and she wanted to no what was blinking at her! Later in the day we played outside I liked to clime trees I went very high! It was fun.

JUNGLE GOLF

WHEN I was in Virginia Beach I played jungle golf with my friends. It was very fun ... But when we neared the game it started to rain! When we finished we went inside and played some games, and they told me how much they loved it! They said they hope they go there��again. You know what? I do too! I hope you do also!

A picnic at DC

AFTER our tour of the capitol we went on a picnic, it was a good day for it too! There were��ducks��& we picked a shady spot. Then we started painting, the fun part! it was really cool! I loved it there! I hope I go back there.

THE CAPITOL

WHEN we went to the Capitol we had no idea how great it was going to be... But when we got there we thought it was great! The lady who was our tour guide pointed out many interesting facts. we had earphones so we could hear her; it was��almost��like a airplane! they checked us & our bags twice! We saw people vote for themselves. that was 1 of the best places I have ever been.

when Mat stayed over

WHEN Matt stayed over we played pictionary. It was fun. We had coconut sorbet! that was good! also the dinner was great! we had a great time, and lots of fun! That night we went to see fireworks, they were great! He said he would come back again! yay!

our trip to California (by plane.)

THIS is a picture of me coloring a map on the plane showing where we were going.... We were going to California! I loved it there! I can't say how great it was! It was very fun and beautiful. I hope you go there someday. We also saw Jesse.

at the zoo

AT ��1 of the California zoos we saw fish, baby tigers, owls, hawks, groundhogs, goats, & sheep like you see in this picture. Near the insects we found a spider web-hammock! it was great! Phillip found a toy tractor he loved that! That trip was really fun!

california (redwood park)

THESE are pictures after we went to redwood park of me picking flowers before we went home. They were��really��pretty. I put 1 of those orange buttercups in my hair. I loved it there! I hope I will go there again.��

MY time with MEMA

My time with Mema was great! ��It was exciting and fun! ��We cut, sewed and made a pillow. While Phillip helped paint the fence with Mom. After we had strawberry��ice-cream! Yum! It was good! Mema ��said we will do it again��sometime soon! Yay! I had such a nice time!

the frog

I found a��little��frog in my back yard, he liked it when I��rubbed��his little ��stomach! he is very cute. I had ��to let him go also. but Phillip didn't want to set him free but we had to. then we swung on the swing and Phillip got a ��lot of ��mosquito��bites though.then we went for dinner.

Our swing

We put up a swing next to our house. It is really fun to swing; it reminds me a lot of camp. Dad said he would put up a rope swing with a knot in it just like the one next to the pavilion. It's great!

exploratorium

WE went to the exploratorium. It was a��beautiful day that day. It was in California so Jesse* was there. This black stuff is��really��black ��sand. ��It has iron in it so it sticks to metal like a magnet. ��You drop it on and it sticks there. ��We can pull it off, and it's just plain sand again! ��Everyone wonders how it does that!

Mommy's birthday dinner at Mema's

I thought it was great that we had��dinner at Mema's��house! I was supposed to be a server. I had to get food and drinks and desserts for them it was fun! I ��loved it! Do you see that��picture��of me & mom? that was on the top��deck, dad was the��photographer. we had a nice evening there! it was great! At the ��bottom��video��was a video of my mom blowing out the candles?! I video��taped that video! Then we went home.

Swimming Lessons at Vint Hill

MY swimming class was great!I loved it, & I am a great swimmer.

I went there for 2 weeks. It was lots of fun! I learned how to swim the butterfly! I swam in the 7 ft.! And most of all I loved my teacher!

California (our trip in May 2008)

WHEN we went to California we expected it would be exciting, and it was, I  went to see the great Redwood trees first. There were very tall trees there. One was alive when JESUS was! I loved it there! It was great! I hope I can    go back. I will tell you more of my adventure later...

Visit from Mema

WHEN Mema* came over it was raining. I was surprised when she came over then dad told me that he and mommy were going out to dinner! We were going to have a whole afternoon together with Mema! we played lots of games. I loved when we played 5 games together! Then Papa came and we read a story, and went to bed.

*Mema is my grandma and Papa is my grandpa.

finding fossils with mom and philly

WE WENT TO A PARK climbed a tree looked at a ship and went inside it, it was so much fun! then we had lunch. after lunch we went to a beach with lots of old fossils there and we could keep them! I found a fossil with mother of pearl on the top of it!It was great! I loved it there!

Fauquier County Fair

AT THE FAIR there were lots of new things to see like baby chicks, sheep, cows, goats, then there were very interesting animals such as ox, llama, porcupine,  camels, and  joeys [baby kangaroos!] 

There were also hens, rosters,  big turkeys, little fuzzy bunnies! There were pigs and hogs also. then we had shaved-ice drinks. then I held a little chick and then a black and white spotted hen! it was great!

Camp

WHEN I went to camp, I expected it would be dull, but it really wasn't. It was exciting! I made new friends, played new games it was so fun! I shall describe them for you, there was a long rope swing we could even touch the branches of trees it was so long! There was a ping-pong table, Four-square, and basketball!

AT CAMP we all have jobs we do as partners, like clean the dorm, sweep the deck, and dump the trash. A normal day would start like this: first we would wake up when the bell rang; then we would line up and say the books of the bible; then we sat at a long table and then we were served food at the table; then we went out and did our chore for the day; then we went outside.  After that, we started our 1st  class; there were two classes after that , and then we had lunch,  and then craft class.  After that we went swimming for 1 hour; then we played until dinner, and then we caught fireflies until the bell rang.  Then we would have to go to bed. It was great! I loved camp! I had a great time.
